1) concern something is not right feel discomfort
2) crises cant ignore concern anymore
3) choice a turning point free will feel fear
4) comprehension change way you see problem feel hopeful
5) conduct act on what know change behavior
6) commitment to change

Helps during change
1) alert to Gods voice
2) accept Gods comfort
3) ask for Gods courage
4) apply Gods word
5) anticipate Gods help
6) adhere to Gods plan

Truth sets you free but first may make you miserable.
Knowing the truth and doing the truth is 2 different things.
Repentance is acting on what is right.
Frustration is not where you used to be and not where want to be either.
Information without application is deception
